Yoga, meditation and neurotherapy at YogaSarovar support general well-being. They are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for diagnosis or care by a qualified doctor. We do not claim to cure any disease. Results vary from person to person.

Please consult your doctor before starting, and keep taking any treatment you have been prescribed. Tell us about any condition, injury, surgery, medicine or pregnancy before your first class or session. Stop and tell your teacher if anything feels painful or wrong.

Classes and programs

Online classes run on Zoom or Google Meet. Please practise in a safe, clear space; you take part at your own responsibility.
Class links are for your personal use and may not be shared.
Batch times, dates and fees may change; we will tell you in advance.

Fees and refunds

Fees are shown on the website or shared when you book. Refund or batch-transfer options are confirmed at the time of booking.

Art of Living programs

Art of Living programs mentioned on this site are conducted as official programs of the Art of Living Foundation and follow its own registration, fees and terms. YogaSarovar is an independent centre.
