Mukesh is Art of Living faculty and conducts official Art of Living programs, such as the Happiness Program with Sudarshan Kriyā. These are run and registered through Art of Living, separately from YogaSarovar's own classes.

Questions

Meditation FAQ

My mind is too busy to meditate. Can I still do this?

Yes. That is where almost everyone starts. Guided breathing first gives the mind something to hold, and stillness follows with practice.

How soon will I sleep better?

Many people notice calmer evenings within the first week, but everyone is different. Regular practice matters more than long sessions.

Do I need to sit cross-legged?

No. You can sit on a chair or lie down for relaxation. Comfort comes first.
