YogaSarovar Yoga, Meditation & Healing Centre ("YogaSarovar", "we") is run by Mukesh Kumar in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Contact details you share with us: name, WhatsApp number, city and email.
Health information you choose to share so we can teach or treat you safely: conditions, medicines, injuries, pregnancy.
Booking and payment records. Card and UPI payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not see or store your card details.

This website itself does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, this policy will be updated first.

How we use it

To reply to you, book classes and sessions, and send class links and reminders.
To adapt yoga and therapy to your health, safely.
To send occasional updates about programs, only if you agree. You can stop them anytime by replying "STOP".

Your consent and rights

We use your information only with your consent. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 82920 30085. We reply within 30 days.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services we use to run classes and payments (such as WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet, and our payment provider), or when the law requires it.

Stories and photos

We publish a client's story, photo or video only with their written consent, and remove it on request.

Keeping it safe

We keep health information private, store it only as long as needed to serve you, and delete it when you ask or when it is no longer needed.
